A Brooklyn Townhouse First Street, Park Slope, NY A renovation of a Park Slope townhouse. The townhouse was completely renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Existing townhouse details were maintained and integrated into the design. The first floor has an open plan with new kitchen at rear and family area in front. The living room, master bedroom, and master bath are on the second floor. Children’s bedrooms and bath are on the third floor. Parts of the first floor were restructured due to water damage and rot discovered during demolition. The second floor was completely rebuilt with new structural support and new floors. Updated modern finishes gives a modern feel which complements the existing historic fabric of the townhouse. Exterior windows were replaced to Landmarks standard. Black/white photographs are before and during construction and color are after.
