A NYC Apartment (The Osbourne) West 57th Street, New York, NY A renovation of a NYC apartment in the historic Osborne. Two apartments were combined into one and it has been completely renovated. The original moldings, paneling, and trim, typical of the Osborne, were restored where necessary. A new kitchen, bathrooms, study, and guest room were created. Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and finishes were kept in the mode of the apartment. New lighting and electrical was installed especially for the client’s important collection of Asian art.
